Group-Training-Sessions-2020(excel spreadsheet) and modify for your own scheduling.
If you already have a training plan you can join the sessions and train according to your plan, or you can sign up to a personalised training plan which will include nutritional advice, a tailored weekly training plan and loads of tips on how to maximise your performance and get the most of out of your training. Importantly, if you are taking up triathlon for the first time you will want to avoid injury and build up your strength and endurance gradually.
Swims and Runs
The Swim/Runs are at Kite Beach – Dubai.
These sessions all start at 06h00 during the hotter months (September to October) and then 07h00 during the winter (weather and temperature dependent). Ocean swim sessions are not closely supervised but I do keep a lookout. You must be able to swim comfortably in the ocean to join this group and swim at your own risk. A swim buoy is highly recommended.

The rides are at the Al Qudra Cycle Path depending on local events and day of session. This season, there will be training camps and as the weather gets cooler, some rides to Jebel Jais and also Showka, including mountain biking sessions.
