Personal training for women only using kettlebells or dumbbells. All equipment provided. All you need is your own mat, and gym gear and training shoes.
45 minute session involving body conditioning, weight management advice and nutrition.
If you have additional equipment such as medicine balls, stability discs and TRX the sessions can be modified to suit.
1:1 in person AED 300 per single lesson, AED 1350 for 5 lessons, AED 2700 for 10 lessons.
Via Zoom – AED 200 per single lesson, AED 900 for 5 lessons, AED 1785 for 10 lessons (own equipment required)
