Strength training (at your home or in your community gym) using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, stability discs and TRX.


Personal training for women only, using kettlebells or dumbbells.  All equipment provided.  All you need is your own mat, and gym gear and training shoes.

45 minute session involving body conditioning, weight management advice and nutrition.

If you have additional equipment such as medicine balls, stability discs and TRX the sessions can be modified to suit.
