I have tried and tested a Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) programme for two years running, and believe in its effectiveness and long lasting change effect. The programme that I did (an external provider) did not however, cover the latest research on nutrition for “Women of a Certain Age”, nor did it cover recommendations for effective exercise and the use of adaptogens. I have learned so much over the last two years, along with other courses I have completed, that I feel the need to consolidate it all into a new programme that can benefit so many women.
The primary goal of the next 20 weeks is that you coach yourself to eat healthily every day (HEED) so you can raise your own living standard and make changes in your lifestyle, sporting or movement habits and learn how to manage your weight. This is not about giving up the foods you love, it’s about making the right choices and choosing the right amount, and the timing of when you eat.
Once you sign up, you will be given access to the programme and will have four months to complete it. Access is for one year.
