An event every week that begins at 19:00 on Sunday and Wednesday, repeating until 27 June 2021
These running sessions involve a variation of interval training, plyometrics, use of different tools such as cones, Stroop Beast battle ropes, skipping ropes, kettlebells and more.
The session will be different every week, focusing on running technique, building speed, stability and strength.
